Full-time operational leadership for the window between investment and a permanent ops team. I step in as your full operations lead running the floor day-to-day, making decisions, keeping production on track — while simultaneously building the team structure that will replace me.
The goal is never dependency. It's to create something that works without me, faster than you'd get there alone. This includes:

- Agile management implementation and execution & cross-functional team coordination (engineering, finance etc)
- Full handover to permanent team with documentation and continuous sparring/mentoring the leadership team
